The abovementioned limitations of responsibility also doesn’t apply to damages related to human life, physical injury or a person’s health. In all cases considered force majeure in law, we won’t have any obligation for compensation due to delay, non-performance or default.

Resolution of Disputes: Republic of Türkiye laws apply to resolution of any type of dispute arising from performance or interpretation of this Agreement, and Istanbul Courts of Justice and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
